<vertebral> is an exhibition by visual artist MAx Provenzano @maxprovenzano that explores insomnia as a medium of execution within the creative process, highlighting its ability to fragment time and sharpen perception. Through sculptures, video projections, and slides in a darkened space, the show invites viewers to immerse themselves in a sensory landscape where images become the vertebrae of a fragmented and ambiguous mental state. Darkness acts as a frame that amplifies the tensions between wakefulness and sleep, generating a dialogue between the body, mind, time, and suspended space.
